Apr 2009: Prepared for 2009 TOS Annual Orchid Show. The show was held at the Doyle Conner Agricultural Center on April 18 and 19 2009.
Mar 2009: The TOS program for Mar. 5th was a presentation by TOS' Mike Clark on Brassias and Brassia Hybrids.
Feb 2009: The TOS program for Feb. 5th was a Fred Hillerman slide presentation entitled The Best of Madagascar presented by Mary Ann Skalany.
Jan 2009: We elected a new society President, Vice President and Program Chair. Chris Sedlacek gave an informative presentation on miniature orchids.
Dec 2008: The Annual Christmas Dinner was held at Pam Reed's house.
Nov 2008: Society book sale and election of 2009 Society officers.
Oct 2008: Mike Heinz from Jacksonville was our guest speaker. His talk covered Bulbophyllums. Mike also brought Bulbophyllums to sell.
Jan 2008: Colombian-type Miltonias. A slide presentation about one of the hardest orchids to grow in Tallahassee!
Dec 2007: A wonderful holiday party! Thanks to Pam Reed and her husband for opening their beautiful home to the society.
Nov 2007: David Horton & John McKinnon, members of TOS, presented a slide show of a trip they took in the 1980s on Orchid Collecting in Jamaica.
Oct 2007: TOS's own Becky Lyons gave an informative lecture on what needs to be done for orchid judging at our show and how some orchids get those strange names.
Sep 2007: Ed Bugbee from Featherstone Orchids gave a slide presentation from his and Lynn's trip to Mexico.
Aug 2007: David McCoy will present all he has learned about orchid photography. So come and find out how to take the best pictures possible of your orchids!
